Finished aluminum sand casting
As-cast sand castings have a rough surface, gates and flash. To be assembled, they need finish machining, which we do in-house so you receive parts to size without a second supplier.
Finishing operations
Gate removal and deburring; CNC turning and milling of mating faces, flanges and bores; drilling and tapping; surface treatment and coating on request.
Planning machining allowances from the pattern stage reduces scrap, shortens lead time and gives you one supplier responsible for the finished part.
