Stamping dies are the core tool for electrical cabinets, furniture fittings, brackets and other sheet metal parts. Nhan Loc Phat designs and builds stamping dies of all types at fair prices.
What makes a good die
Accurate punches and dies with correct clearance for burr-free edges; tool steel chosen for sheet thickness and volume; a sound structure that is easy to maintain; and consistent parts from the first stroke to the thousandth.
We build piercing and blanking dies, bending and forming dies, and progressive dies, and we also repair and maintain existing dies.
